Demonstrate you care about their business. Care about their wants and needs and help them achieve their goals.
Deliverable is what the client will get for the money they pay you for videography. This step also helps with managing expectations if the client comes back to you expecting more items that were not in the deliverable outline.
Don’t just give client lump sum for project. Give line by line item. Client needs to be confident that you are spending money wisely.
