Demonstrate you care about their business. Care about their wants and needs and help them achieve their goals.

Outline Deliverables

Deliverable is what the client will get for the money they pay you for videography. This step also helps with managing expectations if the client comes back to you expecting more items that were not in the deliverable outline.

Itemized Budget

Don’t just give client lump sum for project. Give line by line item. Client needs to be confident that you are spending money wisely.

Inspiration or Mood Board

Send examples of other types of work to get prospective client excited.

Legal Aspect

Conditions for work and what happens if there is a dispute
